THE FIRST THING that you have to do is to GET IN and GET STARTED. There isn't anybody in NETWORK MARKETING who has made a lot of money unless they first got started. The amount of money it takes to get started in ISAGENIX ranges from $125 to $500.

THE SECOND THING you need to do as you take this trip, is to buy GAS and OIL. As you travel to the top (Florida), you will use up the fuel and oil (Products), and it will be necessary to replace them. NETWORK MARKETING works best with products that are CONSUMABLE. You will use the products up and buy them again, and again, and... what this equates to is you must be THE PRODUCT of THE PRODUCTS.

Remember the figure we showed you on the other page? With 8190 Associates, each buying or selling a mere $100/month, you will have a very sizable sales volume every month. Naturally, you can see the advantages of building a business with a vehicle that has consumable products. Non-consumables are usually marketed through retail or direct sales methods (but not always).

The other result of using the products yourself is you will get excited about them. Rather than spend a large sum of money in advertising, ISAGENIX puts their money into product development and as a result will usually have a higher quality product than that which is normally available in a retail store.

THE THIRD THING you have to do is to get into HIGH GEAR. Lots of people GET IN but never GET STARTED. Of course you realize that nobody starts out in HIGH GEAR either. We all start out in NEUTRAL. (Incidentally, notice that we are not an 'automatic'). We may be in the car, still in the driveway, with the key turned on and the motor racing, but if we never get out of neutral we will never get to Florida – or anywhere else for that matter.

To get your car into HIGH GEAR, you must sponsor someone into the business. When you sponsor someone, you are in FIRST. You will be in FIRST GEAR until you sponsor TWO SERIOUS people. You will want your two people to get into gear ALSO. You TEACH them how to get into first gear by sponsoring two. When they get to first gear you will be in SECOND GEAR. Naturally, you want your people to be in HIGH, FOURTH, FIFTH or even SIXTH GEAR as well – and when they are, You are in OVERDRIVE.

How do you get into OVERDRIVE? YOU simply HELP TEACH the people you sponsored to get their people into FIFTH GEAR, which puts them into SIXTH gear and puts you in OVERDRIVE.

THE FOURTH THING, while you are on your journey to Florida, is to use the time you have to SHARE your products with the people who are going with you. Let them experience the benefits of the products. When they want to know where they can get them… guess what you do at that point. So share with your friends. For a number of people, this is the retailing part of the business.
